Children have the right to a happy, stress free childhood with memories they will cherish throughout their whole life. They need exposure to the values that will shape their actions as they grow and who they will become as adults. Children require meaningful opportunities that will help them discover themselves and will prompt aspirations for a thriving life.
Children have the right to a safe environment that fosters trust and love. An interesting environment that encourages them to explore, stimulates curiosity and builds on their confidence through accomplishments.
At our service, we aim to supplement family life. Using parental and family input, we manipulate routines in order to provide, as much as possible familiarity, continuity and stabilisation.
We role model behaviours, attitudes and approach demonstrating attributes that contribute towards forming significant relationships for the children in our care to imitate and adopt.
We value the uniqueness of each child and support individual needs to build on the confidence children need in order to thrive throughout their life journey. We plan, develop and offer experiences based on observations and strengths identified with the aim to extend on current abilities and inspire exploration, experimentation and development. We offer a helping hand when needed nevertheless nurture
independence.
As a team we consult with each other and exchange information received from
children and their families in order to deliver a dedicated service where children’s and their family’s requests, thoughts and values are incorporated and respected.
