Policies, Procedures, and Plans

On Your Marks Childcare has a range of Policies, Procedures, and Plans in place which guide and govern our operations over all seven ACECQA Quality Areas. These documents are available for viewing by all parents and prospective families to give you an insight into our values and the way our service is governed.

We believe that management, staff, and families should all be able to provide input into our operations and regularly review policies, procedures, and plans to ensure that they are up to standards and to ensure that input from all parties can be considered.

Policies, procedures, and plans are a legal requirement in Early Childhood Education and Care services and guide our operations to ensure that we can provide the best quality childcare to our community.

Our documents are available for anyone to access to give you a better understanding of operations at our service. We regularly review our policies to better reflect operations and value the input of our families to help us make any changes that may be required.
